General Motors-Bankruptcy

General Motors: GM will now be known as “the old GM” and “the New GM”. Why is that? Obviously this is to deceitfully mask the “Failure” of GM. General Motors has failed, it’s over and it cannot come back.

This great American Icon had the honor of been the first corporation to make one billion dollars a year, at one time it had more employees than any other corporation in America and we’ve all heard “as GM goes, so goes America”  Why did this great American corporation that had been around for over 100 years fail.

Bob Lutz, Vice-Chairman for GM said today on Fox News: …..the labor union has given up a lot through this Bankruptcy, they have allowed us to close some plants; What Do You Mean, They Have Allowed?

Now we know why this huge corporation failed in spite of over 17 Billion dollars already provided by the Treasury. The Labor Union Is In Command. Of course their primary argument was that they were trying to save over 50, 000 jobs. What about the 6 million jobs that have been lost in the last 18 months.

At one time no one would have ever thought GM could ever face Bankruptcy, they were too big to fail.

Some realities to consider: GM has failed - strong Labor Union telling it what do, United States Post Office a failure – Federal Government running it, Amtrak not exactly a success- Government telling it what to do and of course our educational system which is not only a failure but in fact a total disaster-a very strong Labor Union dictating to it.

It’s very clear to me that Labor Unions and the Federal Government screw up everything they touch.

Is our Government; is America, too big to fail? I think not. This Presidency is going down in history as the biggest failed Presidency in the last 70 years and if our leaders in Congress don’t reign in Obama Team, then America has failed and it will take over 25 years to get back on a level plane.
