During the “Civil Rights Movement” in the early and middle 60′s, local and state law enforcement departments used “gestapo tactics” in depriving many individuals of their freedoms. Though most of these tactics were usually against americans of color, it also involved many whites who believed in “freedoms” for all whom normally would demonstrate along side the blacks.
I see very soon a new round of gestapo tactics, only this time, it will be at the hand of the Federal Government and their “idea” of “my way or the high-way”. If this President and this “Democratic Controlled” Congress has no problem dictating to big business, big banks, auto companies while allowing the Labor Unions to suppress and over-ride Bond Holders; then what chance is there for the common man?
When our elected representatives become the adversary who constantly attempt to destroy our freedoms and defile our Constitution. Fire them. Use your Vote Power. Fire them.

The Audacity of stupidity and height of arrogance
A racist is a racist, is a racist. It does not matter if you’re a white conservative male, a black militant or a well accomplished Latina judge. If you are a racist, you need to be called out.
My problem though is not with this woman who probably should not even have been appointed to the appeals court because of her judicial activism which demands justice dependent on the individual’s background instead of “intent of the law”.
My problem is with the Senators and the President. If Barack Obama was an honest man and had used his standards towards SONIA SOTOMSYOR as he did with Roberts and Alito; this woman would not be qualified for the U.S. Supreme Court. If the Democratic Senators were honest men/women and voted their convictions, they would immediately ask this woman to walk away from this nomination. After all, this is what they have done to much better qualified conservatives.
If a white man made a racist remark such as SOTOMAYOR did, the white person would be labeled a “white bigot” and the Democrats would NEVER allow that individual on the Supreme Court. So’’’’what does her remark make her? I will not resort to ugly titles and vulgar expressions of rage; but, I will tell it as it is: this woman is a small minded, intellectually inadequate individual who hides behind the power of the bench and bullies any that don’t agree with her “judicial activism” points of view. In short; SONIA SOTOMAYOR might be accomplished enough to have left the ghetto, but, the ghetto never left her.
